Looked after by the people who built it.
We manage the homes, commercial units and residential blocks developed by the Lita Homes group across South East London and Kent. One small team, our own maintenance staff, and a direct line to the people who know each building.

National Gas Emergency Service. Call them first, then us.
Get out, stay out, then let us know.
Renting from us
You rent directly from the company that owns your home. There is no high-street agent in between, so decisions about repairs and renewals are made by the same people you speak to.

Reporting a repair
- Emergency
- Danger to people or the building: gas, major leaks, no heating in winter, electrical faults, broken entrance doors.
- Urgent
- Problems that affect daily life: broken appliances we supplied, partial loss of heating or hot water, blocked drains.
- Routine
- Everything else: dripping taps, sticking doors, minor repairs and decoration.
Report online
Log the repair in your tenant portal with a photo. You can follow its progress there and see when our maintenance team is booked in.
Sign in using the link in your tenant portal invitation email. If you cannot find it, email info@apmuk.co.uk and we will send a new one.
Report by phone or email
Call 020 8853 3123 during office hours, or email us with your address, the problem and a photo.
Your deposit
Every deposit we take is protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). You receive the certificate and prescribed information within 30 days of paying it.
Paying rent
Rent is paid monthly by standing order to the account shown in your tenancy agreement. If you are having difficulty paying, tell us early so we can agree a plan.
Moving out
Give notice in writing as your tenancy sets out. We will arrange a check-out inspection and return your deposit through TDS.
Homes and units to let
Our available flats, houses and commercial units are advertised on the major property portals.
Living in a block we manage
If you bought a flat in a building developed by the Lita Homes group, we may manage the shared parts of your building on behalf of the freeholder.
Service charges
- A budget is sent to you before the start of each service charge year.
- Year-end accounts show what was spent.
- Your money is held in a separate client account, not mixed with ours.
Repairs to shared areas
- Report problems with entrances, stairs, lighting, roofs or gardens.
- Before major works we consult you, as the law requires.
- Repairs inside your own flat are your responsibility unless your lease says otherwise.
Selling or remortgaging
- Your solicitor can request the management information pack (LPE1) from us.
- We confirm the fee and turnaround before starting.
- Buildings insurance details are available on request.
Commercial occupiers
We let and manage workshops, yards, offices and shops, including our own estate on Eastmoor and Westmoor Street in Charlton, shop units on Station Road in South Norwood, and Beresford Square in Woolwich.
Looking for space
Tell us the size, use and area you need. Several of our units come up through lease expiries rather than public adverts, so it is worth registering your interest.
Existing occupiers
For lease queries, rent reviews, renewals and building repairs, contact your property manager directly. Repairs follow the same priorities as our residential homes.
Business rates and utilities
We can tell you who is responsible for rates and services at your unit, and provide meter readings on moving in and out.
Buildings we manage

633–639 High Road, Leyton
34 new homes from our group company on Leyton High Road. Register your interest and we will contact you if homes here are offered to rent.
